Class will be approximately 2 hours, but can be longer based on questions and building boards.
You will learn a little history of charcuterie, the meats and cheeses that are utilized and you will build your own board to take home with you.
Class size will be limited to 12 for a more intimate experience. If we do not sell a minimum of 6 tickets, class may be moved to another night and/or money refunded.
TEXICUREAN is BYOB so feel free to bring your own beverages and enjoy while you build a board.
